Pre & Post-Natal Classes
Mama & Me Pre & Post-Natal is a group exercise class designed for pregnant and post-natal mums. Workouts are safe, effective and suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Classes are suitable from conception right through to delivery and post-natal after 6-week check (10-12 weeks for post c section), and doctors sign off to exercise. Classes combine strength, cardio and core work and adaptations are shown to suit all trimesters / post-natal stage. Bring your babies! In order to be Covid-19 safe and maintain social distancing, I ask that you bring your own blankets and toys for your baby, so you have peace of mind that your baby is safe and happy whilst you get the most out of your workout. COVID -19 safe environment – Reduced class sizes to maintain social distancing, thorough cleaning procedures & and no equipment shared.
Mama & Me Fitness ONLINE classes have all the great benefits of a fitness class from the comfort of your own living room! All classes have adaptations for both pre natal through to post natal (from 6 week check / 10 weeks for C section) so you can enjoy the classes at any stage. Workouts are uploaded to a private Facebook group and can be played back at any time, giving you flexibility to join the class at a time that suits you. Classes involve strength / conditioning work, cardio and core exercises, which you can do at your own pace.
Personal Training packages
If you are looking for more specific support for your health & fitness goals then Personal Training might be for you. You’ll get a free consultation to look at your goals and assess your current ability / exercise likes & dislikes. All personal training packages also come with nutrition advice and food diary analysis, weekly check in’s & motivation and ongoing help & support when you need it. Choose from 12, 8 or 4 week plans. Currently all sessions are delivered via Zoom but I would come to your home or garden once restrictions allow.
