Terms & Conditions

General

By agreeing to take part in classes provided by Mama & Me Fitness, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

  • Mama & Me Fitness accepts no liability for any injury occurring as a result of taking part in classes both online and in gyms. 
  • A Health Screening form must be completed prior to taking part in any classes both online and in gyms. 
  • If your health changes at any time during your time with Mama & Me Fitness, you must provide information of the details in writing. 
  • Safety – I will always aim to look after your baby whilst you train however safety is my top priority and if your baby is mobile and I’m worried for their safety or the safety of other babies, I reserve the right to ask you to secure them in their pram / pushchair for the remainder of the session. Your baby is your full responsibility during sessions. 

Payment Policy 

  • All classes must be booked and paid for in advance via the Online Booking System at www.bookwhen.com/mamaandmefitness
  • Payment for ‘class passes’ and single classes will be taken immediately. 
  • A ‘class pass’ enables you to purchase a block of classes in one go at a reduced price. 
  • Pay as you go classes are for the booking of individual classes only. 
  • A ‘6 class’ pass is valid for 8 weeks (online valid for 6 weeks) and a ‘12 class’ pass is valid for 15 weeks.
  • All classes can be cancelled up to three hours before. If you cancel after this or do not turn up to the class, you will lose your class credit. 
  • Classes cannot be carried over and must be used within the timeframe, with the exception of Pre Natal classes which can be carried over to Post Natal classes once you’ve had your baby. If you are unable continue use of a class pass due to an unforeseen medical condition affecting you or your baby, please contact me and I can look at extending your class pass if you have a doctors note. 
  • In the event of a class being cancelled by me, you will have the class credited back to you. 
  • Class passes and bookings cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  • Refunds –In the event of a long-term condition / injury, a refund or part refund may be provided if you have a doctors note. Any medical conditions or injuries which are present when registering MUST be disclosed on the Health Screening form. Any undisclosed medical conditions will not be eligible for a refund. 

Online classes

  • All classes must be booked and paid for in advance via the Online Booking System at www.bookwhen.com/mamaandmefitness.
  • The ‘online unlimited’ pass gives you unlimited online classes for 30 days
  • A ‘6 class pass’ allows you access to 6 classes, which is valid for 6 weeks.
  • If you have a booked an online class, a txt message will be sent out an hour before the start time, inviting you to join the private Facebook group.
  • Once access has been given to the Facebook group, classes cannot be cancelled, however you will have 24hrs to take part in the class.

Free taster session

  • A free taster session is offered to all new customers and can only be used once
  • A health questionnaire must be filled out before participating
  • If the free taster session is gym based, you have up to three hours before to cancel / rearrange your session. If you don’t attend your taster session without letting me know, i will be unable to re-arrange this for free and would need to charge a one off fee for a new taster session.
  • If the taster session is online, once you have joined the Facebook group, you cannot cancel the session but you will have 24hrs to take part in the class.
  • The taster session is none transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

COVID-19 terms & conditions

  • If you, or anyone in your household has had symptoms of Covid-19 within the 14 days of a booked session, please get in touch to re-arrange your session, even if you are feeling well.
  • If you have been in contact with anyone who has had symptoms of Covid-19 within 14 days of a booked session, again, please get in touch to re-arrange the session.
  • If you need to cancel a session due to Covid-19 symptoms or lockdown restrictions, please make sure you cancel at least 3 hours before your session so the place can be given to someone else.
  • If Covid-19 symptoms or lockdown restrictions stop you from being able to attend your sessions, I will happily freeze your membership so you can re-attend when it is safe for you to do so. Alternatively, you can swap your sessions for online classes if you would prefer (1 gym class = 2 online classes). Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds due to Covid-19.
